实用商务英语情景会话：银行货款

Bank Clerk：Hello, Sir/Madam, Can I help you?

Applicant：Yes, I’d like to apply for a personnal loan of 200,000 for 3 years,  what are the requirements?

Bank Clerk：Here are the general terms of our loan policies. Please fill out the application form, then I’ll ask you several questions, wound it be fine with you?

Applicant：Sure.  (Later )

Bank Clerk：How much do you earn a year?

Applicant：Around RMB 150thousand,, plus remunation package, let’s say RMB 180 thousand.

Bank Clerk：For what purpose you want to borrow money?

Applicant：I want to buy a car which costs 400 thousand, I’ve only gathered half of the amount.

Bank Clerk：Would your be willing to provide us with your Income Certificate ?

Applicant：Sure.

Bank Clerk：Okay, that’ll be great. Any other questions you would like to ask?

Applicant：What’s the current interest rate?

Bank Clerk：Our yearly interest is 8% of the outstanding balance.

Applicant：I see, so let me get this straight. how much will I have to pay each month?

Bank Clerk：It depends on how long you take to pay it back. If we lend you 200 thousand at an annual interest rate of ten percent for thirty six months, you would have to pay each month a portion of the loan which is called the principal and another small portion of the annual interest rate. This of course is considering that you don’t default on a payment!

Applicant：Well, It sounds great. I wonder if you can find out credit score, I’m just curious my credibility.

Bank Clerk：Let me check with the account manager. Just wait a moment, I’ll get back to you as soos as possible.

Applicant：Okay, No problem.
