常用语义1： A marked out area of ground on which a sport is played. （球场）

常用语义2：To throw something with a lot of force, often aiming carefully. （投掷）

商务语义1：[infromal] Try to persuade someone to do business with you, buy something etc. （推销）

例句：For many companies, pitching to investors has become almost a full-time job.

商务语义2：A place in a public area where someone who sells things to people goes to sell thing. （集会、展台）

例句：We found the agent at his usual pitch in the middle of the exhibition room.

商务语义3：To set a speech, explanation etc at a particular level of difficulty or suitability. （将某种事物或行为定调至适合程度）
